With the purchase of a condominium you are appointed use rights of the amenities. The cost of which is included in your monthly association dues. These dues vary depending upon which section/phase you are to purchase in. To view a list of what is included in the monthly dues, please click here.
As of January 1, 2025 the new requirements regarding:
- Milestone Inspection Requirement
- Structural Integrity Reserve Study
- Turnover Inspection Report
Do NOT apply to the Glades Golf & Country Club as there are no condominium buildings 3+ stories and we are further than 3 miles from the coast.
